Commercial Code of Conduct

Phebra is committed to conducting our business ethically and responsibly. Our Commercial Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect all employees, contractors and suppliers to uphold, including compliance with local and international laws; zero tolerance for bribery, facilitating payments, rebates, kick-backs, extortion and conflicts of interest. We actively support the reporting of concerns of potential breaches through confidential channels and robust whistle-blower protections. By adhering to this code, we can ensure integrity and accountability across all aspects of our operations.

Whistleblower Policy

Phebra are committed to fostering a transparent, accountable and safe working environment. Our Whilstleblower Policy provides a secure and confidential framework for employees, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to report concerns about breaches to our policies and/or legal obligations as well as concerns about misconduct and unethical behaviour. Where a whistleblower wishes to raise a concern, Phebra encourages the use of our independent Whilstleblower service, which can be accessed by emailing: Phebra.whistleblower@businessfirstlegal.com.au once a report has been received you should expect contact from the service within one business day to discuss the matter further.
